I also read a memoir written by an actor, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Walking with Sam, by Andrew McCarthy entails the author and son walking the Camino de Santiago (something I would love to do) and their father/son relationship. I’ve heard it’s great on Audible, too 🙂 I’m rooting for you and your manuscript, Liz!
Thank you for the shout out! I’m always so impressed with all the projects you are working on and so true that it’s sometimes just about waiting for the right time. Also I am jealous of your hydrangeas!
Hi Julie! I feel the same way about you and I'm so grateful for all you share with readers. Your newsletter is the gift that keeps on giving! And, thank you! I'm hoping to get a few more flowers before winter hits! :)
Hydrangeas!!! Love them and had the same problem this summer with the ones in my yard. I'm east coast too. It was such a relief when they bloomed. Late. Like lots of things, including writers. Awesome post, Liz. Hugs!
Hi Joy, thanks so much for reading and for your kind words! I'm glad I'm not alone but sorry you were in the same boat! Better late than never, right? Enjoy your weekend! Xoxox
Thanks for the shout-out and an incredibly fun way to spend the last 10 minutes. I can read your personal tales about blossoming--literally and figuratively--all day. Keep 'em coming.
Liz, you are the hardest working writer I know and I admire your tenacity! Thank you for sharing the mental anguish that is a writers frequent state it helps remind me I’m not alone and to keep pushing forward on my own (tortured)writing journey.♥️
Aw, Amy, thank you! I cannot wait to read your story! (And side-note, I got that shirt you recommended and I love it but, you're right, what is that material (and can I iron it?) and why did it come out of the bag smelling like a bag of skunks? : )
“Maybe down the road I’ll figure out what’s missing and it’ll “bloom” at a later date.” -- Love this, Liz! Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks for reading, Andrew! Hope you're having a great weekend!
Thanks for the mention, Liz!!!

Hi Natalie, oh that sounds so interesting! I'll have to look for it. Thank you so much for your encouragement! xoxox

Thank you for reading, my friend! Stay tuned for next month's issue in which I reveal that I bought mums way too early and just before a heatwave :) .

Don’t iron that thing I think it will melt! Talk about fast fashion.🙃
Ha! I know, it definitely seems like a fire hazard. But lovely just the same :)
