Oh Liz, I loved this post — I read it on the go, and totally forgot to comment! HUGE congrats on the print release of Sad Sacked, I listened to on Audible and SO enjoyed it, I keep meaning to message you to let you know!! So much resonated, and it was great hear you read your story (I love audible for memoir for exactly this reason). I also love reading everything, acknowledgements — all of it (sometimes I skip ahead to them, depending on how rebellious I'm feeling! :)).
I’m so excited your memoir will be in print!!! I always read a book from cover to cover and no skipping ahead! I’m going to check out your book recs now ☺️
That cat photo was worth it! I feel like I don’t always read epilogues. If I liked the book I do but when I’m lukewarm or not that interested in what the epilogue is offering I don’t always.
Love the cat photo, meow :)
Oh thank you! Once you get the kids to leave you alone, the cats come for you! :)
Totally! Or in my case - the dogs! 😄🐕🦮
Ha! Glad I'm not alone!

Hi Jenni! Thank you so much for reading and for your kind words! Thanks also for listening to my memoir!
I agree, sometimes it's hard not to flip ahead! Rebellious :))

Thank you so much! I try to never skip ahead either! Or read reviews--I've ruined too many that way! I hope you enjoy the recs!

Boots says, "Thank you!" That totally makes sense! I'm a sucker for an epilogue. I'm always interested to see what you're reading!
Congrats on the print version of the memoir, that's great news! Also, oh no, people skip over prologues?!?
Thanks so much, Andrew! I know, I hope people were just joking : ) Stay tuned for poll results!
